12. Orders / Payments

12.1 You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the Order Form and you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

12.2 Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we receive notification that full payment has been made.

13. Cancellation of Order

13.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to the time the item is dispatched. Once despatched the buyer must follow the returns procedure.

13.3 In compliance with UK & European law we offer a 14 day cooling off period. However due to health & safety with such products, they must be unopened.

14. Availability

14.1 The presence of an item in our catalogue or web pages does not constitute a promise to supply. Items may be out of stock or may have been deleted from a manufacturer's range without our knowledge. While we will do our best to supply any available item in a timely manner there will be occasions when we are unable to do so. However, most items listed are available. We do our best to delete items which are not available.

14.2 If an item is found to be out of stock after you have confirmed and paid for your order, we will endeavour to source the item for you. You will be informed via email of the action we will take. Very rarely do we need to cancel your order.

15. Incorrect Delivery Address

15.1 If the address you give us is incorrect in any way and causes us to incur additional delivery charges then you agree to reimburse these additional charges. Carrier companies often charge up to £25 for redirecting a parcel sent to the wrong depot so please be sure to give the correct post code and house number. Please also ensure that the destination address you type in the order form is the actual DELIVERY address where there will be someone present if a signature is required. You can, for example, use your office address or a local shop address for delivery and type your home address in the card holder's address space.

IMPORTANT: We deliver only to your verified credit/debit card address, or verified Payapl address. Your order will be cancelled if this is not the case.

16. Returns

16.1 Under the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 in the UK, we are required by law to give you seven days "cooling off" period after delivery of order. This is to protect you against "impulse buying".(Your normal statutory rights are not affected). Under the regulations, you may return the goods at your expense in good, resalable condition (packed carefully in good, unused condition complete with instructions, invoice copy etc.) PROVIDED THAT YOU NOTIFY US BEFOREHAND in writing within 7 days of receipt, Items must be returned exactly as you received them, unused, and you are responsible for postage costs.. If you keep the goods for longer than 10 days after the 7 day notification period, or if the goods are not returned in "as new" unused condition, then the full invoice amount is payable unless we agree otherwise. However we are always fair about this. Under no circumstances will we arrange to collect the goods free of charge. Any items returned lacking parts, packaging, instructions, warranty, etc, will only be exchanged.

16.2In the event that a product is not working as it should upon receipt, you must let us know as soon as possible. The item must be returned in resalable condition (packed carefully in original packaging, unused condition, complete with instructions, invoice copy etc.) PROVIDED THAT YOU NOTIFY US BEFOREHAND. Once we have received the item and inspected it, we will inform you if a refund will be issued, if so we will also refund any postage costs for returning the package. Any items returned lacking parts, packaging, instructions, warranty, etc, will only be exchanged.

16.3 Due to the nature of some products, and in respect of hygiene, and Health & Safety laws, we are unable to refund certain items that have been opened or used.
