UK Delivery ONLY.
Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail.
Delivery within 1-3 working days. Requires signature, and is insured to the value of the order.
All order are processed within 48 hours., and sent Recorded Delivery to ensure full insurance cover.
Additional costs may apply for bulky or heavy orders.
For bulk orders over 10 items or 5 Kilos, please Contact Us directly for postage costs and bulk discount.
If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we will charge an additional supplement.
Stock.
Although we try to ensure stock is correct at point of order, computers and humans are prone to mistakes. In the event of us discovering the product is not in stock after you have ordered we will immediately inform you with various options on getting the goods to you as quickly as possible, as well as the option to cancel.
Any goods delivered not signed for is the sole responsibility of Royal Mail, please contact them with any issues.
Damaged Items.
If an item is damaged on delivery you must make this clear on the signature paper you must sign. Quote something along the line of "damaged on arrival".
In the event an item is delivered with no external damage, but upon opening you have a damaged product, please contact use immediately. Contact Us.
Wrong Product.
Please notify us immediately Contact Us if you have been sent the wrong product. This is not intentional, but human error does occur.
If you realise you have ordered the wrong product, or an item you do not want, you must pay for the return postage and a 10% restocking fee. This procedure can only be done during the first 7 days.
Refunds & Returns
• Items must be in their original condition & packaging.
• Items must only be returned after you have confirmed a return with us directly.
Goods must be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you received the goods. Contact Us. DO NOT just send goods back without us knowing, as you are liable for the product until we authorise a return.
All refunds are at the discretion of Win2Win Limited.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
