In 1995 the United States was opened as a brand new market for the watches. With such an increasing demand worldwide, Maurice Lacroix would go through a series of renovations and an increase in production output of the next few years.

In order to keep up with the worldwide demand, facilities at Saignelegier were forced to expand in 1999 for the second time. Shortly after, in 2001 Maurice Lacroix became its own legal entity and improved and expanded facilities once again. The manufacturer soon sought to grow outside of the founding location of Saignelegier within the proceeding years.

Great Britain was bestowed the honor of its own subsidiary in 2002. Four years later, in 2006, the company had acquired all the necessities to become an exclusive manufacture brand. In 2008 Maurice Lacroix made history by introducing the first mechanical watch with a memory function, the Memoire 1.
