I’ve got this watch. It’s awesome. Thinking about buying a steel bracelet for it, but perhaps I’d rather put the cost of it towards my next watch?

@thatoneguysmells Not at all. I just wish they were better. Most of them are more of a pain than they are worth – with brands routinely denying warranty repairs.

@thatoneguysmells That is all saved for the text review. This is just the video supplement but show it early. The case is in steel and water resistant to 30 meters. If you want more info on the functions of the movement you can Google the caliber 1904-PS MC. It has 48 hours of power reserve. Warranty? Really…? You find watch reviews that discuss that regularly you let me know.

@thatoneguysmells I don’t think the review was so bad…us real enthusiasts look for different data points than the lay person. I think the reviewer tries to make the reviews approachable for people not like you and me. I agree I would have liked all the info you mentioned as well, but I also think that the review is something that a non WIS can watch without getting overwhelmed with the details that you, I and other WIS”s would like to hear about.

@TheApollon87 Believe me when I say that your comments are much appreciated. Sometimes when all the comments are complaints it gets depressing and saps any motivation I have to create this content… but its encouraging to hear when someone is valuing it! Thank you.

@breitlingsource I really appreciated people like you who are doing these reviews and websites with their passion and charing it on the net for everyone. I don’t like ignorant people who are complaining about video quality etc. and acting like you owe them something for creating free content. Anyways Thank you for the response. Cheers

@TheApollon87 I think they are of comparable quality, though possibly slightly more money in some cases. I think Cartier in general is going in a good direction and I enjoy their designs and attention to detail.

what do you think in general about Cartier watches (build quality etc.) and the modifications which they’re doing to the movements? .. compared to other watch brands in this price class..

@JJ9715 It all depends on the type of Rolex.

You have to do it when you first get the watch, but after that it just winds itself.

You’re quite welcome indeed.
Although I realize it may have sounded a bit blunt, I did not mean for this. I apologize if it sounded a bit short winded.
I enjoyed the video, a beautiful watch it is!

The crown is actually styled after the old tail lights of several different car brands from the 1960s, not a “turbine”.

If this thing comes out you lose the watch!!!!You have to be very carefully!! and never wear it in a club!!
I have the collectible roadster.. the one with the Greek flag on the back for the Athens 2004 !! Cartier made 50 of them and i have the 26th…
