Great watch,
I bought this watch 3 months ago and I love it. It’s a simple, solidly built thing with good clear numbers which I feel make it look stylish, but the great bit is the eco-drive – the watch is solar powered so leave it on the window cill for a night and its powered for a month or so. When I first had it I didn’t charge it on a window cill and it was winter in the uk so its dark all the time and it did lose good time, however if you remember to charge it every now and again its ggrrreeeaaat.

Pictures don’t do it justice!,
Before buying, I checked several other reviews of this watch and like other reviewers can confirm that it looks even more classy than the pictures suggest. The titanium finish of the bezel and bracelet give it a ‘satin’ look. Everything about it looks classy from the dark blue face (looks black), bracelet, crystal glass, and movement of the hands. Take time to read the instructions and allow it to recharge for a few hours in daylight before setting it up – it’s probably been in the dark for a couple of days during transit. I debated whether to get the bracelet version or the slightly cheaper leather strap version (BL5250-02L) as this looks great also. In the end I figured I good always buy a leather strap if I wished, but wouldn’t be able to find a compatible third party titanium bracelet. Had to take a couple of links out of the bracelet, but reasonably easy to do if you take care (look on the net for tips on how to do this). Satisfied customer.

Great watch, complex instructions,
This watch is great. It is lightweight but of the highest quality. Read instructions carefully when setting time etc for the first time. The crown does not directly control the hands mechanically, but electronically and this is a potential suprise and makes things a little complex.
Now up and running, keeps time well and great luminous hands for night.

Great watch – but beware of wrong instructions,
I received this watch today, and have only had it in my hands for a few hours. I followed the instruction booklet for setting time. Although a bit hard to understand, they helped me set the time and the 24-hour dial correctly. But the instructions for setting the date are wrong in the booklet. Luckily an instruction CD is supplied with the watch, and following the instructions for a type E82 watch, I finally got it working. Don’t waste hours like I do – just watch the video
As far as I can see, the instruction PDF also supplied on the CD is also wrong about how to set the date and time.
UPDATE a few weeks later:
Great watch! Works perfectly, holds the time, looks absolutely stunning.
But be aware that the watch apparently has a st. steel back – according to the inscriptions on the back of the watch. So if you are looking for a 100% titanium watch, this is not the one.
