Top dive watch,
I love this watch. It’s got the rugged simplicity of a Rolex at an affordable price. The face is clear and uncluttered making it much easier to read than some of the all-singing all-dancing dive watches available. The one-way bezel is easy to turn but stays where you put it and the second hand is nice and clear so you can time decompression stops accurately. And it never needs batteries. You do need to be careful that the crown is screwed down though, as it will leak if it is loose.

Chuffed,
Citizen Men’s Eco-Drive 300 Meter Professional Diver Watch #BN0000-04H
Ordered Friday … Arrived Monday! Way to go Amazon!
This watch is solid and small enough (and yet large enough) that it doesn’t look like Big Ben sat on your wrist. Face is clearly legible without the clutter of the all whistles, all bells, all no use dials of the chronograph monstrosities. Strap is comfortable and does not slip around the wrist. Citizen Eco-drive for £150! No more batteries to buy at extortionate rates. Rated at 300m for diving (Who needs to go to that depth unless you’re in a canvas sack with a cannonball at your feet????) so should be more than ample for my 18m open water diver usage. The only small critcism is that the date portal is small but I can read a calendar anyway.
All in all, I’m chuffed to bits with this watch which I am sure will serve well for many years to come. Providing my lad doesn’t beg, borrow or steal it from me!

Practical & cost effective…ProMaster,
I bought this watch for a specific purpose – as a simple ‘back up’ for learning to dive in the Red Sea.
It has been a good value purchase. The battery is still going strong, the water-proofing has lived up Citizen’s claims and the time-keeping has been faultless. I even re-set my Omega Seamaster by it when its power reserve has run down.
For around £80 you just can’t can’t go wrong with this basic model.

Needed a new work watch,
I needed a new work watch an as an ex soldier i am anal about time keeping, and with my new job i needed a good tough watch. After looking round town and on line and reading millions of reviews i decided on the Citizen diver watch, and what a fantastic watch i was worried about not seeing it first but as soon as i put it on i was happy, its a good size about the same as my Tag, and does what i need no silly things built in or printed on the strap looks good and keeps good time. If your thinking about a good spots watch and good all rounder you wont go wrong here

The Vanilla model, but worthy and solidly reliable.,
I got this as a present for passing Advanced Open Water Scuba diving and it’s proved invaluable and reliable.
My only gripe is that the winder is very fiddly and difficult to align when you screw it back after making adjustments. This gave me the heebies as I was afraid it would let in water but it didn’t.
Excellent for the price and attractive to boot.
