I’ve had my eco drive for over 10 yrs. Its still water resistant ( I swim with it on) . I have a 15 yr old self winding citizen. Won’t buy anything else. had a sekonda once winder fell off after a year. I’m going to get a titanium one next. can’t wait. I new someone had a 10 000 rolex after 2 years the glass started to steam up! happened again 2 yrs later too so it goes to show that expensively stupid isn’t always the best.

I have a citizen eco drive watch that I got from my father and I want to know what model it is. I know im being so vague but I havent seen citizen watch like my description but the face (behind the display where the hands and secondary time tellers are) is a brown color with little bumps. If anyone knows which model this is I would gradly appreciate it

great watch i’ve loved mine but the leather strap only took 1 year to finally disintigrate until it fully broke. then again i wore it all the time even in the shower. it may have been the soap or the water. it’s been a couple years since ive worn it because i can’t find another strap for it, prefereably not leather.

@waylifetruth I too have the same gripe with Citizen crystals. I’ve got 2 Citizens and they both seem to have scratched easier than my Seiko…. Seiko doesn’t use sapphire crystals do they?

@2dayleftovers You seem like a miserable human being. Not too bright either.

@2dayleftovers You can read about the mechanisms on Citizen’s website. What you can’t read about is what they look and feel like.

the metal strap rattles too much………………….and titanium scratches more easily than steel

Boring video. I’m thinking about getting the 02L for my hubby and I wanted to understand the gadgetry of the watch, but this video doesn’t show me anything except the cosmetics and someone’s very bad cuticles who should of sprung for a manicure before subjecting us to ugly nails – total waste of time
