This device offers advance warning to a sleeping person with diabetes if they experience symptoms of a hypo. If you experience a “cold sweat” during a hypo, the SA3 will detect excessive perspiration and a drop in body temperature. Upon detection the SA3′s integral alarms operate to disturb you from sleep.
