   The above watch is the one with a plastic strap. I bought it at the end of January and by the end of Febraury the strap was broken. The guarantee does not cover the strap so am not really happy with the whole experience.

   A little disappointed when I received the watch as the colour wasn’t as vibrant as the images on screen portray. Looks nice though and feels nice on the wrist. Only thing I’m not happy with is that in order to change the date you have to wind the hour hand around and around and around until you get the right date. You have to do this most months so it’s a real pain. I don’t bother now. To make matters worse the winding mechanism is a lot stiffer because of all this winding. The manual says you pull out the winder one click to change the date and two clicks to change the time. It only pulls out one click. On a 21st Century watch that is a little lame, especially as they are not cheap watches, which “only” tells the time and date! A little bit “all show and no go.”
