   I needed to replace a previous Seiko watch which had gone wrong after a good few years and wanted to get the same brand but this time I was quite clear what I wanted
   a) Automatic and not reliant on a battery
   b) Clear face not surrounded by little dials that are almost impossible to read – luminous as well
   c) Large day/date display
   d) Looks great
   e) Not digital ..
   ..this works on on these at a very competitive price.
   The strap is thicker plastic that is far better for me when out and about, diving
   The black/silver styling also is also modern and it has a nice clear line as well
   Lovely piece of kit – very pleased..

   Having just bought this all I can say, very happy so far. A good functional every day watch. Although it is stated by another reviewer to be reasonably priced it is actually the most expensive one I have ever purchased so I am hoping it will not let me down.

   I bought this watch due to the fact that Seiko’s are renowned for their build quality and understated styling unlike some other more flashy names.

   The good thing about these watches if after a few years of wearing it you want to get rid you can sell them on ebay at a very good price as it seems they hold their money very well!
