   I spent some time looking for an alternative (but nicer) replacement for an old Seiko I had. The pictures of the chronograph really looked modern and stylish, although rather expensive as it’s only a watch. I shopped around until I found a realistic, more affordable price then compared them with other more expensive sport watches. I don’t dive or have a yacht, so the watch I chose was ideal for me!
   The watch or strap does not have any gold plating which I thought would help in the long run as it wouldn’t wear away through time.
   I also thought the watch to be elegant and without being too flashy or cheap looking due to lots of colour. Unfortunately, the watch has a rather small time dial and it has no light so virtually impossible to read at night. Even though there are some rather neat looking green dots around the hour dial and two small oval lines in the hands, when a light is shone onto it, they soon disappear once the light source has gone.
   Nevertheless, the stopwatch second-hand is clear to read, but then it would be as it measures almost the complete diameter of the glass.
   I am still very pleased I bought it and I hope if any of you read this you won’t be put off. I am just trying to be honest.
