If you have long hair or long curly hair then you will no doubt know how much harder it is to care for than people who have short hair. You will need to spend a lot more time to keep your hair in good shape if it is longer than normal.

If you want to have your long hair braided then there are a few things to be aware of. When your hair is in braids it is a lot easier for it to get damaged. Braiding your hair can be very convenient but also has the potential to damage your hair when braided too tightly. Also try not to have your hair very tightly braided or in a pony tail when you go to sleep, as your movement when you sleep can cause hair breakage.
