How to develop a Diamond

While an investment diamond is created due to carbon, there are still some speculations on how it was really formed. Diamonds have been formed by carbon dioxide that have been buried in the earth’s undergrounds, thousands of decades ago. The mineral was heated to about 2,200 °F, squeezed using 725,000 lbs. per sq. inch pressurethat enables it to rush to the earth’s surface in order to cool.
Man-made processes
There are two processes used to produce diamonds within the bounds of a laboratory. The first one uses high pressure, combining it with high temperature and the chemical vapor deposition (HPHT). This is closest to the natural manufacture of the stone. The process subjects graphite to too much pressure and severe heat.
Miniature anvils found in HPHT machines squeeze down the graphite as condensed electricity obliterates it, thereby producing quality diamond in just a matter of days. Graphite was combined with solutions to produce the stone and that is why.
Other than this, the next process can produce a more perfect reproduction based on the original piece. This is done by placing a piece of the stone inside a depressurizing compartment and obliterates it by means of natural gas powered by microwave beams. Gas, when heated intensively, could cause carbon to rain on the diamond that is found inside the chamber, producing a sheet of quality gem using shorter time period.
New twist
There are other ways of producing diamonds and good news is, they can be done inside a special laboratory and made out of synthetic materials. Gemstones can now be created using carbon that is captured while cremation of human remains is in the process. Surprising as it is, there are many enterprising businessmen who are now into the trade and have been quite successful.
This idea is not going to be widely acceptable as the ashes of the dead will be lessened as they will take part in the production itself. While a great majority would disapprove on this process, there are some people who want to give it a try, as there have been others who got into the bandwagon of keeping their loved ones close to them, literally.
This program gives the family of the departed a lasting remembrance in jewelry form and can be worn everyday. Dozens of small man-made diamonds can be made out of the remains of a single individual. The remaining ashes could still be given back to the family. And it does not end there; even men have their own share of encapsulating itself with brilliant diamond stud earrings.
But to all these processes, it still remains that the natural production of diamond is still the best and the most natural way of acquiring studs diamond earrings. But to afford it will be your number one concern.
